Favorite December sport

If it has frozen and there is some ice, I'll definitely go ice-skating.

 Just an hour of skating makes me relaxed and calm, I love it!

Favorite December drink

With ice-skating comes a ritual: hot chocolate with whipped cream.

 I'm seriously addicted. I know it's bad for you, but I try to run a lot, 

so I feel less guilty..

Favorite Christmas tree

I think the Christmas tree of Times Square is one of the most beautiful trees of the world. It gives so much sphere, joy and all of those lights, so amazing! The city looks even more beautiful with this tree. Each year I look forward getting my own tree and decorate it. This week I will look for a nice one!

Favorite December party

I love Christmas. In the Dutch culture we celebrate Sint Nicolas, 

which I also liked when I was little. Christmas is still important. 

Cozy with family, good food and looking for an amazing Christmas outfit. Although I almost always work with Christmas, yes, working in a restaurant,  I always make time for my family at Christmas.

Favorite December moment

The 12 hour moment, New Years Eve, is a special moment to me. 

You close one year and with renewed courage and a list of good intentions you'll start a new year. 

I always take a moment to think about all the good memories of that year and secretly adjust my good resolution list, hihi..

Favorite December day

My favorite december day is the first day when you wake up and all you see is white. The first day of snow. Ideally, I take the day off and take a walk with my boyfriend and dog Kemy. Dress warm and enjoy the beautiful white world.

Sun and Rainbow

Yesterday, when I was traveling back from school, on my left I saw the sky turn dark and on my right  beautiful sunshine. Immediately I took my camera and made some pictures in the area. Beautiful setting right? Fifteen minutes following it started to rain very hard. So mission accomplished.

Inspiration: The Notebook

A little going back in time.. The Notebook, one of the greatest movies I've ever seen and a real musthave in every girl's dvd collection. The story behind this is so beautiful and the chemic between Ryan and Rachel is amazing. So a few days ago I searched for Nicolas Sparks quotes and I found these pics. So lovely.. Feel like watching the movie for the, uh.. ninth time tonight..

Ashley looks good, as always! Comfy, but stylish. She's wearing a grey top, black jeans and black espadrilles. The pink scarf and beautiful bag look amazing with the other 'basic' items of her outfit. I love it and would wear it myself! She is a huge inspiration for me.

And she does it again. Everyone talks about Rihanna. After her performance at the Victoria Secret show last week and the rumors about Chris and Ri, now there are these wonderful pictures. She looks amazing, being just who she is, confident and beautiful, what a woman. On the cover of GQ magazine and a shoot with Kate Moss in V magazine. Two strong women together in a picture, I love it. Riri puts a line under 2012 in a fabulous way already!

Let's see (and read): Safe Haven

Yeah, I know, another Nicholas Sparks book. And another Nicholas Sparks movie. But they are so nice! These are the only books I want to read, taste, smell and write in English. Just kidding, but you have to go with me, Niccie's books are amazing! After The Notebook, The Last Song and The Lucky One again a wonderful story: Safe Haven. The review:

I just started reading the book and I watched the trailer. I'm so curious about the movie! In the trailer you already see the connection between Julianne Hough and Josh Duhamel, I love it ..

When I saw these woven pants at nelly.com, I was in love. Really pretty! I love the color combination,  it's very pretty and easy to combine. Collection: Ready for the holiday with Paper Crown

It's already November and that means a big month until Christmas! Besides Christmas, I have some nice birthdays on my planning, so a nice party outfit is very desirable.
